If a product appears damaged, tampered with, leaking, or opened upon delivery, please do not consume it and contact our customer support immediately.
Many of our products are derived from natural sources.
As a result, slight variations in the following may naturally occur between batches:

Taste
Texture
Granulation (grainy texture)
Consistency
These variations may occur due to seasonal conditions, animal feed, manufacturing batches, temperature, or other natural factors and shall not be considered product defects.
