We are committed to delivering our products safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All orders are subject to verification and acceptance by Vedic Panchgavya.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation or COD verification.
Orders are not processed on Sundays, public holidays, or other notified holidays unless otherwise specified.
During festivals, promotional sales, or high order volumes, processing times may be longer than usual.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee dispatch. All orders are subject to stock availability, payment verification, and internal quality checks.
Vedic Panchgavya currently delivers across most serviceable locations within India.
Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of our courier partners.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations that are not serviceable.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities: 3–7 Business Days
Remote & Rural Areas: 5–10 Business Days
These timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations and local conditions.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
The Company reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.
Any free shipping offer may be modified, withdrawn, or restricted at any time.
Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Weather conditions
Floods or natural disasters
Public holidays
Government restrictions
Transport disruptions
Courier partner delays
Strikes or labour issues
High order volumes
Vedic Panchgavya shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us (Return to Origin - RTO).
Customers are responsible for providing:
Correct Full Name
Complete Delivery Address
Landmark (if required)
Valid Mobile Number
Correct PIN Code
Vedic Panchgavya shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
To ensure safe delivery and prevent fraudulent orders, we may verify any order through:
Phone Call
SMS
OTP Verification
Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation of the order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in selected locations.
Vedic Panchgavya reserves the right to:
Disable COD for specific PIN codes.
Disable COD for specific products.
Disable COD for repeat RTO customers.
Convert any COD order into a prepaid order before dispatch.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may permanently disable COD eligibility for the customer.
Orders may be returned if:
Customer refuses delivery.
Incorrect address is provided.
Customer is unavailable.
Contact number is unreachable.
Address cannot be located.
For re-dispatch of such orders, additional shipping charges may apply.
If the outer package appears damaged, tampered with, or leaking at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:
Capture clear photographs.
Record an unboxing video.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims without adequate evidence may not be accepted.
Once the customer or any authorized person at the delivery address accepts the shipment, the order shall be considered successfully delivered.
Risk and responsibility for the product shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
If you receive:
A wrong product;
A missing product; or
A damaged product,
please notify us within 24 hours along with your Order ID, photographs, and an unedited unboxing video.
All claims are subject to verification.
Vedic Panchgavya shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Floods
Earthquakes
Pandemic
War
Government restrictions
Transport failures
Internet outages
Courier disruptions
Vedic Panchgavya reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
